The incompetent and unhelpful Mfihlo Tabane

I registered and paid for a Project Management course with Unisa on 10 July and was informerd that my study material will be released within two days. After a week-long wait and the lack of a tracking number on the student portal, I called Unisa this morning and asked Mfihlo about the delay. And after getting tired of his "I think", "maybe" etc, I asked Mfihlo if he could follow up with the relevant division to make sure that I get my study material. To my shock, Mfihlo he rudely told me that I should not tell him how to do his job! Now I understand why most students leave Unisa for other more efficiently run institutions... or simply abondon their studies.
