Unisa is the most incompetant place in the world! I have been trying to register since December and i have applied for 9 year subjects but they have only acknowledged 6 of them. They have also already been paid for all 9. I have been phoning them for two weeks. i have made probably 20 calls and each time, it takes forever fro someone to answer, when someone does answer, they put me on hold and then cut the call. They dont respond to emails or phonecalls! i need to know what happened to other 3 subjects i have applied for that they have been paid for. i cant re-apply online either because it keeps on giving me a system error.
