Bad Service at Unisa

I received a message on Friday 12/4/13 stating that my registration was cancelled due to some or other financial problem. I have been calling and calling, and sending e-mails, but to no avail- HERE JUST IS NO ANSWER! I need to get this sorted out, as I have assignments I need to submit, but now can't, as I do not have access to my account. Today alone, I called 5 different numbers, all found on the Unisa Website, relating to financial queries. I couldn't get through on either one of those 5 numbers. They are: 0124292441, 2341, 0124415609, 5600, 5390.
I do not know if I still owe money to Unisa - on my MyUnisa site, the financial details show the amount owed to Unisa as R0.00. If I do owe money, I will gladly pay, as soon as somebody can tell me exactly how much I owe. If I do not owe money, I would really like an explanation as to why my registration was cancelled!
This is really a very serious issue to me. I have been working hard all year. I only have a few assignments to submit before the exams. I want to start preparing for the exams, but, now I cannot, as I do not have any access to any information whatsoever. Not to mention the assignments that are due this week
