Cancelling modules for no reason

Hi, this afternoon my registration for the modules MNB1602, INF1505 and INF1511 was finalised. Just a few minutes ago, UNISA sent me an email stating that they had cancelled both INF1505 and INF1511 'as per my request.'

Here's the thing; I didn't request those modules to be cancelled, so what gives? What is going on? It was such a relief that you are actually able to successfully register for once, then they cancel your modules without prior warning? It seems that UNISA is like a circus that never ends. My student number is 49652699. Can you PLEASE look into what is going on, because I cannot afford to miss out on even further months of study.
