2nd posting the same message

To whom it may concern,

THIS IS NOW THE 2ND TIME I AM POSTING THIS - I DID NOT GET A RESPONSE TO THE 1ST MESSAGE

I am trying to register for my honours. I did the registration online to start, no response was forth coming and it did not happen. I took a half day off work, went into Parow, waited for two an a half hours to be told Pretoria have to do it. The staff member said he was sending an email to Pretoria, he said he would CC me in on the email but I never received a copy of the email didn't so I am not sure if he even sent the email. I have tried numerous email addresses and have not received a response of any sort from any of them. I understand you are busy and incompetent which is never a good combination. I don't really care for a response or anything just please register me, you don't even have to let me know you have done it. Student number 46044361.
