I faxed my registration forms in the first week of June; called to confirm but i was sent from one department to another. No one could take me to the right department. i registered for a certificate in Business Management; i kept faxing after; and emailed the registration on 20/06/2013 and requested confirmation. Still nothing; again on 08/07/2013 i sent another email requesting confirmation; this is all because my company has paid for the course and i need to know if i have been registered but i cannot get through to The Centre of business Management at UNISA. This is not the first communication problem i've had with UNISA; they are the worse with client services.
