Module exemption

I have been trying to get exemption from 2 modules - MNB1501 and MNB1601 - since December 2012 which I studied through UNISA. I have faxed the relevant forms twice to the number provided but have had no feedback, which is negatively impacting on my study plan as I do not know if I should register for them or not; and whether I will get a response in time to edit my registration without incurring any costs.
