DAMELIN - Poor service and lack of correspondence

I registered my daughter for a full time course but cancelled the registration before classes started this year. I sent numerous emails requesting that they cancel her registration but received no response. I sent an email to Stephanie Merckel and phoned her and she advised me that she had forwarded my request to head office and that I should ignore the statements and sms they send me demanding payment. It has been five months now and they are still sending statements to my house and sending me sms that I am owing DAMELIN.
