10011011681 Very upset and disappointed student

I enrolled for a course in 2009 for accounting with pastel which i never recieved all the books for, i phoned and emailed at least once a month with no success. in 2012 june the course expired with still no books i asked for an extention which was granted and i paid R2000, they said extention will begin immediately but i said that i still require books so extention was granted when all books came but only more than 4 months later. 6 months extention was not enough for self study as i work full time and am a mother. now i asked for another extention but they want R2000 again which i am not prepared to pay. i feel that the first extention should have been for free as the books was not delivered in 2years time, i would like to finish this course but not at that expense. the service from intec is poor, feedback is slow and no one ever has a clue what is going on. i got an sms saying this query has been resolved from them but i told the call centre i want to complain and the phone got dropped in my ear, i am very frustrated as i do need to finish but not for that price as i said the first one should have been free as it was their fault
