I am a new student at Unisa and after hours of calls and lots of emails, I finally found a number that actually works and they provide you with the correct numbers for the relevant departments you need.
Phone the information services at 0124293111, they will give you the appropriate email addresses and numbers that don't appear in the booklets. Hope this helps everyone!!
