I am a Unisa student for the past 2 years and I have received nothing but from them.
They have done away with a call centre and now one has to sms them. When you sms, there's no even acknowledgement of that sms and they call back after days.
Then when I finally find a number or rather 10 numbers, every number is engaged!!!
I have had it with UNISA, I simply can not take their incompetence!
Head Office needs to do something about this URGENTLY!!!
