I am writing on behalf of my daughter who is studying through Intec (for the 2nd time). She registered for her course in Jan 2012 with expiry date being Jan 2014. The material received is contradictory, and she is finding it difficult to tie up the assessment sheets with the task to be submitted. In July 2012, she requested assessment sheets that were not in her Assessment Sheet Pack, and the college sent her exactly what she had! The missing sheets were not included! The last few weeks she has been e mailing them and I have called them on her behalf, and they dismiss us with "The sheets are in your assessment pack" and then send the same thing over and over again. It seems that no one actually takes the time to listen to or investigate our complaints. Eventually she emailed again and tried in the simplest terms to tell them that certain of the sheets were missing from the pack and that they should check their copy as well! Reply received was they are updating their material and cannot give a date as to when this will be sent to her! Explained that time is short and have received no reply! It is very frustrating when time is limited to be confronted with all these obstacles!!!
