What a nightmare

Throughout the years I have never been visited by anyone at Unisa, ok as it's been stated that not all students will be visited in tut101. This year I struggled to receive my study material on time called dispatch and they said they were not loaded also confirmed by the lecturer that it's true, hence the post office strike had nothing to do with the delay. Once loaded I have to used my own MONEY and transport to travel 80km to Aliwal North to print out all workbooks about 190 pages which is R3.20 /page. In feb I submitted my assignment 01 and later on the 18th I was told to submit the DSAR25 form (which will stand in for 01&02) fax it to 0124294150 which is R25/15min for internet and R30 /page to fax. On the 11th march, I called the office I was told the number on the form was for registration and it will take months before they can receive it. To re fax to a 086 number again, means money. On the 26th I received numerous sms from Unisa saying I must submit both assignments before the 30th April. I don't know why maybe it's because I live in farmlands, as I chat on student forums and the Gauteng students seem to be serviced efficiently and all singing praises of the service.
