During February 2013 I completed a Quality Management Systems course through Bureau Veritas. I passed the course and was told that I am required to complete 20 observations in order to obtain accreditation. I am a full time employee and have to negotiatet the 20 days for observations with the management. As part of the negotiations, the management team has requested that I submit a timetable of possible dates for the observations from, from Bureau Veritas. I called Bureau Veritas and requested the time table. I spoke to Vuyiswa, the senior planner, who told me she is not going to send me an official time table. She said if I wanted the time table, I need to come to the Bureau Veritas Offfice in Morningside and she will show me the dates for observations. I explained that I still require an official time table. She said they do not give out information like that. I then asked her to send me official communication from Bureau Veritas stating what she had just told me. She dsaid she would and has since not. When I call the office, it is either the phone does not get answered or the line gets cut while Ia m being transferred or I am told those that can assist are on leave.
