I find it extremely unprofessional that you would boldly offer something that you will not later on provide. One of the main reasons that I signed up with INTEC is due to the fact that the offer was made and that the device would be beneficial towards my studies.
I have now had to waste valuable time and money contacting you to enquire as to when I would be receiving the above mentioned device. I was initially offered a Galaxy Tablet, which later changed to a laptop only once I had enquired as to what the delay is in receiving the tablet. When been told that the tablet was no longer available and that I would be receiving a laptop no further communications was made from your end as to when it would be received. Once again only when I contacted you did I receive the information that there is apparently "NO STOCK "!?!?! How is it possible that you can offer deals and not be able to fulfil your end of the deal?
I have not received a copy of my contract from Masonwabe Soko who seems to have fallen off the face of the earth! I have spoken to complaints and cancellations! I no longer want the laptop I just want to cancel and get my money back. Intec is a untrustworthy service!
