Me and my fiance bought a new home and wanted to do some renovations before we moved in. We spoke to Mr De Jongh and he gave us a reasonable quote. After paying him for the kitchen he told us he will be done before we wanted to move in. He never got back to us. We kept phoning but he never answered his phone, ignored our messages and never replied. Three days before we told him we wanted to move in, he suddenly started with the kitchen. We had to move in while they were still busy with the kitchen. He never completed the kitchen as to our agreement and never came back. We phoned and left messages again and hoped he came back. Only after I had to insult him, he send me a message back to tell me that he is not coming back as we insulted him and he is done with the kitchen as per his plans.
Please don't use Mr de Jongh if you want to renovate. He will take your money but only deliver when he wants to and also doesn't finish the job.
Sadly to say we had to get someone else in to finish the job.
