Just a general comment for all those experiencing problems with Clearwater pools. Please give Vincent a call on 0333462028. he helped me tremendously when I experienced problems. he was so helpful I would recommend him at any stage to anyone. if you are experiencing these problems, he will surely get it sorted out for you or put you onto the correct people who are responsible.;
