The Incident
During peak traffic this guy decides to (Without any indication) to gun out of a parking into the moving traffic with his truck. He passed within 5 cm of my vehicle while I was laying in the Hooter. He mad eye contact with me, and just continued. Action needs to be taken against these guys who think that the bigger the truck, the more arrogant they can drive. This is my ONLY means of private transport, so by extension my income. what gives this the right to decide over my fate.
