I should have followed my gut and got another provider when I was not impressed with Sushi's telephonic skills and attitude first time we spoke. She called to set an appo to disconnect water. She called again confused this time as to which customer I was. Yesterday the guys came in disconnected water and took out my sink. They were supposed to come back. I called late to find out where they were only to be told no one was at the premises. Mary told me that they were working in Fourways and while Fourways is on their way back they could not consider coming back to honor their commitment. I guess Sushi could not care less if I was going to cook or not in my kitchen. I have a message from Sushi this morning telling me to call her back, not to 'please call her back' considering her incompetence of not even calling to say they could not make it just packed her bags and went off home. If banks are to carry on offering such contractors work they seriously need to review. As for Sushi she need to change her attitude I don't care if she owns the business or not. Would not recommend this company at all.
