I have been dealing with Michelle Vorster (Apparent PA to the Apparent MD) since the 12th December 2012 regarding a leak we had at our house. When I asked for the quote I did explain that we are going away on the 20th December 2012 and I need to have the job completed by the 19th December 2012 WHICH SHE AGREED TOO. We have been to the other side of the world and back and its the 14th January 2013 today and the job is still not fixed. Using excuses that the weather complicated things and so many of their staff fell off of ladders and are in hospital which delayed the job. With a lot of frustration we dealt with Michelle Vorster who had a nervouse breakdown because her dog ran away which she told us over the phone and we should not be rude to her because she does not need it, NOW THIS IS THE PA TO THE MD/ SO THINK HOW THE MD IS???
Best of all, they came to fix a leak and they caused another leak/ THEY BROKE THE SOLAR PANNELS ON OUR ROOF AND NOW IT LEAKS EVEN MORE!!!
Spoke to the MD Stanley Louw and just as useless so no wonder his staff is so INCOMPETENT!!!
WILL NOT RECOMEND UNIVERSAL TO ANYBODY AND DEFINITELY REPORTING THEM TO THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER AND TAKING IT NATIONALLY
