After paying an amount of R500 on my Builders Account, RCS gave me a call stating that I used the banking details of Builders Trade Depot instead of RCS. The person told me that the payment will, however, be considered as RCS has an agreement with Builders concerning this. This happened in November of 2012, and after several emails and phone calls, the payment has still not been fixed. This is unacceptable seeing as I am getting charged interest on the outstanding amount, and the problem has not been rectified, despite my 4 month's patience.
