Electra Bug was elected to do an Electrical Certificate of compliance on the property i purchased.
The young and seemingly unexperienced electrician who cam to the house, did not inform my wife to do anything before he started to work. as a result of tripping the earth leakage each time he tested a socket outlet he damaged our Telkom wireless router. when i layed a compliant his manager Greg called me, he told me it was standard procedure to tell clients to unplug all appliances, and said he would not take responsibility. Daniel did not tell my wife to unplug anything, if he did she would of! when my wife called Greg to explain that she was not told to unplug appliances he had a terrible attitude, and made a mockery of her and said he is not interested and would not let her finish her story, he laughed at her in made comments to include the rest of the people in his office in on his joke. this to me is discusting customer service!
