I was contacted on Friday 1 March by the above supplier. He was extremely upset that I had posted to Hello Peter. I told him I had every right to complain and be upset with the lack of service. He said that the report would 'ruin his business' in the long run. I told him that, if we receive our money back, I will delete the initial report. He promised to pay 50% today, and the balance by Friday. So far not a cent has gone into our bank account. He has had our money since November 2012, and has so far not refunded us, nor provided us for the goods which we paid for.
