We had given Mr Hoekstra until Friday 8 March to pay the refund into our account. He phoned on Friday, spoke to my husband to make yet another excuse for non-payment. My husband responded by saying that there is 'nothing further to discuss' as Mr Hoekstra had failed to even pay one cent of the outstanding payment into our account. As far as we are concerned, this business will never get a referral from us, nor will we remove this report.
We are still deciding whether or not to take legal action in an attempt to recover our money.
