We had no hot water the evening of 25 February and again the following morning. I have send an email to Suntank yet have not even had any call in this regard. We again had no hot water on the 1 and 2nd March. Clearly the element is blown and the unit cannot provide hot water during overcast conditions. It is quite frustrating since this is the fifth time this happened, and after spending R32, 000 I at least would like to enjoy a hot shower in the morning.
