Lifestyle guttering installed gutters at my house in October and I have since been struggling to get them to correct and finish the installation. The R1000 I am holding back is not incentive enough for them to come and finish the job. Corners are still not sealed, brackets have been spaced to far apart and gutters are falling off, holes cut for downpipes are so small a golf ball does not fall through (gutters installed are Industrial size), gutters are rusting even though its supposed to be aluminium - they are refusing to respond on this issues. They have been to my house a few times, but pitch up late and never finish what they have to. They have an exceptionally bad attitude when trying to deal with these outstanding issues, with their owner Rudi saying "there is no period stipulated in my contract to...". I have dated pictures, a full email trail (including very few responses from them - most emails are ignored) as well as an sms trail again no response from them to prove what I am saying here.
