Gutters installed only 18 months ago have marks on them and look unsightly. The guarantee for the gutters is 20 years and does not exclude stains appearing on the gutters. When reported to Ironman Guttering was advised that the supplier had never heard of this happening. Have attempted to wash off marks as advised. Ironman Guttering would not even come and check the gutters only telling me that the batch I received "could" have been faulty and they did not know what to do now. Promises to phone me back were not kept. The guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on. Please take care when using Ironman Guttering and be aware of poor after sales service.
