None perfomence after appointed by Absa Insurance

Simunye was appointed by Absa Insurance brokers to tend to our claim. Made an appointment to see us at 08:00 am the Friday. Rocked up at 17:00. The two representatives argued about where the water was actually leaking. They said they needed an instrument to determine the problem. They did nothing and left. Phoned first thing this morning (Saturday) at 07:30 and spoke to Sash who said someone will be here at 10: 30 am. I phoned again at 11:00am when i was told that the reps vehicle broke down and he will be here at 12:30. I phoned at 13: 00 when a machine give an emergency number to phone. I phoned the emergency number who asks you to leave a message, however, the mail box was full. I managed to get another number on their website and Keith is now trying to tend to the problem. This company is obviously an approved supplier of Absa Insurance brokers and get jobs very easily because of this. One would think they will give good service?
