GOING THE EXTRA MILE & GREAT ATTITUDE

Our geyser burst on Sunday, 17 February 2013, this did not go down well at all. Auto & General Assist Line responded promptly, with a plumber coming out within a couple of hours to assess damage. Our geyser needed to be replaced (by Kwikot). On Monday, 18 February 2013, our new geyser was installed. This is where the excellent service of consultant, Fadiel Arendze, came into play. On our behalf he interacted with the Assist Line & the Plumbers, who had to come out a second time; due to another problem discovered, all costs relating to labour and call-out covered by Auto & General, and Fadiel promptly calling me back to keep me updated. Fadiel, I once again take my hat off to you. You were excellent and your professional service delivered to us, was ABSOLUTELY REMARKABLE!! There are consultants who can definitely take a lesson from you. Your absolute patience, commitment and ability to take away the stress experienced at the time; is so comforting. You were an absolute angel in disguise that morning, I was so much calmer after you sorted out our problem. Not to mention the excellent service delivered by Monster Plumbing! You have definitely gone the extra mile, yet AGAIN
