I bought 2 aircons from him (done business before) and from day one the stuff was leaking water that I had to have my ceiling repaired and I never asked them to compensate me for it. Over the last three years every summer I have to do with one aircon at a time, this is so frustrating.
I've called, emailed, faxed and sms over the last three years and I've been very civil about the matter. When I called them in the beginning of the summer season they promised to come, Xmas and New Year came and went and no response. Then in January they sent a young man but he could not fix it. My question is what do I do about the matter?
