Spent about R10000.00 on tiles etc and one 5 litre container of Key Cote (worth R180.00 inclusive) was never opened, this is not returnable for a refund according to their policy. I must add the fact that the key coat was supplied on their recomendation and was not requested by myself in the first place (ie. when i purchased the tiles)
