We had numerous problems with the paintwork on our house since we build it 7 years ago.
Plaster cracks and hairline cracks were the order of the day. We then contracted Wondercoat Wall & Roof Coatings because of several referrals from friends who had recommended them.
Their consultant Darren came out and was shown the problem areas. We accepted his quotation and the job was completed. Unfortunately, Darren never pitched again to check the quality of the workmanship and within the year, we noticed more cracks had appeared and Wondercoat were back to rectify the problems.
The problem occurred again after a few months, in different areas and was repaired by Wondercoat once again. The person responsible for helping and solving the solution was the director, Mr. Tony Middleton.
I would also like to thank the teams from Wondercoat and Sue who took my initial complaint.
We were treated like kings and Mr. Tony Middleton was often on site to check the workmanship.
The main reason for this letter is to tell others that Wondercoat honour their guarantee.
