We have purchased a kitchen from EasyLife Kitchens and are hugely disappointed.
First of all the customer service was incredibly bad. We didn't get any advise on how to get the most usage and space out of our new kitchen so that we ended up with 90 to 100 cm deep cupboards which only have openings from 24 to 28 cm, which makes it almost impossible to reach the back of the cupboards.
Also, the bin drawer fell apart after a few month and we had to fix the front board ourselves, since it was only put in with a few short nails which couldn't hold it together. It also is very difficult to get the bin container out of this drawer for cleaning purposes unless you squeeze and pull a lot, which will long term probably damage the container.
Then we also have found loads of chips on the inside cupboards which have been disguised with white paint (we have a white kitchen) so that we didn't see them on the day of inspection. The chips were well hidden away and only started showing after a few months, after cleaning those surfaces repeatedly. Now the MDF wood shows through and is not protected against water damage and subsequent swelling.
