We phoned Budget roofing to make an appointment for a quote. On the day of the appointment Gideon phoned and said we should postpone due to the rain (drizzle). We re-scheduled for the next day at 11:00. Gideon never pitched and didnt even bother to phone and apologise or postpone. If this is the level of service when requesting a quote I can only imagine the service when they must actually do the job!!!
