These guys (father and son) are useless building contractors. Don't wast your time with them. They never fulfil they're contract and have many outstanding issues even a year after completion. They use 10th grade material one can't even build a shack with. Make use of cheap labour who they don't pay on time resulting in delays. The list goes on and on...
In short, they are not professional, not willing to solve issues and ignore you when you want things put right.
