Bad service and bad attitude from Pelican Pools

On two occassions I went to the Pelican Pool Offices in Port Elizabeth and left messages for Paul Botha to phone me. The second time I visited his offices, Kate, his assistant, was down right rude to me and told me that Paul Botha was very busy man.
Some three weeks later, I managed to phone Paul Botha and he told me that he, at age 65, no longer "worked for nothing" and that he had not replied to hundreds of messages.
I asked him to quote me to resurface a standard size pool and without seeing it he quoted me an impossible R60, 000.00. He claims he now only works in millions and it was not wortwhile to resurface/marbelite my pool.
His attitude was very rude and blunt with an extremely Egotistical attitude. I think its time the Consumer Council gets to chat to him. I would NOT recommend Pelican Pools Port Elizabeth to anyone
