I have had the unfortunate luck to have to deal with Kate from Pelican pools. I do not think this means that the company is bad but I sure think that management needs to take note.
pelican pools had a contract to clean up the pool before I, as the new owner, moved in. the previous owner had them started on the job. The minute I bought, they stopped working on the pool, even though there were clear instructions that the maintenance of the pool needed to continue. When questioned about this, Kate replied that the house is sold Voetstoots and a dirty pool is my problem.
What utter nonsense and disrespect. She has no idea what is written in the sales agreement and has no place putting her nose where it not needed. Just do your job pleas.
After restarting cleaning, I had to endure her rude and unfriendly attitude, and did not say a word, until this morning.
I had another contractor working on my premises and she blatantly started scowling and screaming at him for no reason.
Im sorry, Pelican pools but I will refuse kate entry onto my premises again, she is not an asset to your company at all.
I will also tell all of my friends to go elsewhere until Kate is not working here anymore.
