I ordered doors at Woodstock Lumber City on 18 October 2013. I also paid the full amount on that day. There has been numerous excuses why my doors have not been delivered. I NEVER get a return call to explain the situation. When I call them again, I never get a clear explanation of the actual problem on their side. My issue: they took my money, promised to deliver in 2 weeks (which is already a push) and since has not let me know what the situation is.
Initially their supplier sent the wrong doors at the end of December, just before the shop closed.
I have to admit that my previous interactions with Donovan has been great. He is friendly and helpful and I have ordered lots of wood through him. Just with this specific order I can not get to the bottom of whats going on.
