STILL WAITING FOR REFUND!!!

In 2013 changes were made to the final invoice and the total amount were lower than the origional amount.
Suntank received the origional amount before the changes.
I've been trying since 15 November 2013 to get Suntank to refund the amount of R1914.64 back to my bank account. They said they would but after several emails and phone call nothing!!!
Please sort this out ASAP!!!
