BAD SERVICE/ REFUSING TO REFUND CUSTOMER

I BOUGHT PAVING BRICKS FROM VILLAGE STONES, PAID THE FULL AMOUNT AND BECAUSE I WAS NOT SURE HOW MANY SQUARE METERS PER PATTERN AND COLORS I ASKED SALES CONSULTANTS TO WAIT FOR THE PAVING GUY TO COME GIVE THEM EXACT MEASUREMENTS.

THE ORDER WAS FINALIZED N I WAS TOLD I WILL GET MY STOCK IN 2 WEEKS. ONLY GOT THE STOCK IN 3 WEEKS TIME. THEY DELIVERED MORE BRICKS WITH THE COLOR WE NEEDED LESS. WHEN I COMPLAINED VINCENT (THE OWNER, WHO I WAS REFERRED TO) TOLD ME TO RECEIVE THE STOCK N USE WHAT NEEDED N HE WILL LATER EXCHANGE WHAT I DID NOT NEED.

COME EXCHANGE TIME, HE TOLD ME I SHOULD PAY A 20% HANDLING FEE, A PICK UP AND DELIVERY FEES., SOMETHING HE FORGOT TO TELL WHEN HE TOLD ME TO KEEP THE STOCK. I DECIDED IT WAS A RIP OFF, SO I COMPROMISED AND USED THE COLOR I DID NOT LIKE INSTEAD OF THROWING MY MONEY IN THE DRAIN. WHEN DONE I RETURNED BRICKS THAT WERE LEFT AND GOT CHARGED THE 20% HANDLING FEE, HOWEVER I AM YET TO BE REFUNDED MY MONEY THREE WEEKS AFTER I RETURNED THE GOODS. WHEN I ASKED WHY, VINCENT TELLS ME HE WILL PAY ME WHEN HE GETS TIME TO DO IT.
THIS MAN IS VERY RUDE, ARROGANT AND HAS NO RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE. HE SOLD THE STOCK I RETURNED, BUT HE STILL FAILS TO PAY ME
