I paid for bricks on thursday the 19th December, delivery was scheduled for Friday the 20th, on same date Alan advised that their truck had broken down, the Monday his crane operator didn't come to work and his store was now closing for the holidays, I had advised Alan that I urgently needed the bricks and would therefore have to cancel my order and get my money back, he said he would pay it back same date, however up until today the 28th I still haven't received my money, every time its a different excuse, I find it to be pathetic that I now need to beg this man for my money, when the only reason I want it back is because he couldn't deliver on his promise.
