Water feature was advertised as a complete working water feature, once the feature was on my trolley the salesman informed me that the pump does not come with the feature, not advertised that way. I then speak to the manager and he tells me that the pipe is not included either! Then show them that it is advertised as a complete working water feature, and they try sell it to me for R 1040-00, when it's clearly advertised at R750-00, then the manager proceeds to tell he will not comply with consumer protection act, set forth by government, and that there is nothing he can do. When I asked him what he is going to do about the unsatisfactory service, he told me he is doing nothing
