FAULTY STACK DOORS - NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

At the end of May 2013 Crystal Showers installed seamless stack doors to the value of R115000. Soon afterwards thy had to return to anchor the support structure as it had been poorly installed. At that time I raised my concerns regarding the alignment of the doors and the locking mechanisms on the main doors which you had to force the locks to close properly. On the 18/11 I advised them that one of the locks had broken in situe and that the door could not be used. On the 21/11 I phoned Elmarie and she promised to escalate the problem to her Manager. On the 27/11 I called again an was told that the problem had been escalated and would be treated as urgent. On the 2/12 I phoned Elmarie again and was told that it would be done by 8/12. On the 9/12 I sent her a SMS stating that nothing had happened. She replied that it would DEFINITELY be done before the 15/12, needless to say that nothing happened and I SMS' d her on the 17/12 expressing my disgust and to date I HAVE NOT HAD THE COURTSY OF A REPLY. When I put this job out to tender they were R15000 more than their nearest competitor, however based on perceived quality at a display, I regrettably awarded them the contract.
