We had 2 showers installed 6years ago. 1 was not done properly, would not respond to complaints until I put it on HelloPEter, then they redid it. Asked them to service the one after installing 2 more showers. They said it needed a new stabilizer, told them to go ahead and paid promptly. The door shifted, called them, the worker said it was not installed correctly. Repaired it, it shifted again, I was told to wait til the new year. Sent them an e-mail on 15 Jan, no response. Threatened them yesterday with HelloPeter and Consumer Commission. Aubrey (who installed it) called today to come and do repairs. I asked if he was going to do it properly, as it was not done properly before. He was very and sarcastic! Well, it was not done properly. The door is still exactly the way it has been since replacing the stabilizer and now I want the owner of the company to call me and tell me what we are going to do. Sent them an e-mail tonight with a photo, will be interesting to see how long it takes the, to respond.
