Called them out, showed them the areas of concern. They insisted on payment the same day but we had to wait days for a report which was then incomplete. They then sent out the plumber again but he didn't show up on the day scheduled and came a day later. We then had to wait several more days to get yet another incomplete report. Don't bother with this company, they offer poor service and no apology for it.
