We enlisted the business of Stone Construction (Llewelyn Lipke) middle of this year to build a garage as he had advertised in the newspapers etc etc etc. During the build we realised the workmansihp was shocking and there were many many problems. We then got that right after trying forever, and the work was paid for IN FULL. He uses an engineer to sign off for plans etc and an architect to do the plans for him. Due to non payment from himself to these people our plans are now not being submitted as he has not paid them (however we paid him in full). Then before all this nonsense happened we gave him another job which was to build a sculler onto our kitchen. WORST DECISION EVER!!! Cheap nasty illegal fittings, plumbing, electrical, EVERYTHING!! This man is a and makes promises he does not ever fulfill. He is never on site. His guys are not qualified. He hires and fires and I wouldn't be surprised if these guys are just picked up on the side of the road to do the work for him without plumbing certification etc. We have spent more money fixing up his rubbish jobs than we have paid to him initially. We have now withheld the final payment as we have NO CERTIFICATION
