Early last year Boss Paving did a job for me in Milnerton, initially I was happy. Late last year I noticed some slabs were loose. I called their Cape Town office and was assured that I would receive a call back from the owner. I have heard nothing and e mailed twice without a courtesy of a reply or acknowledgement. It seems after sales service is non existent. Got my money and voooom, they're off!
