In March 2013, I bought a newly built house from Camissa Property. Within a month after moving I started noticing some snags that were the result of poor workmanship. These snags included sliding door being unable to open, leaks which resulted in moulding on the walls and ceiling, dampness on the garage floor, poorly fitted shower resulting in water wetting the entire bathroom floor whenever its used etc.
All these issues were first reported to Falcon - who was responsible for these maintenance issues - then later to Mr Essop (the owner of this company). I have, from both, received numerous promises to have these issues attended to and fixed. Now, every time the rain falls I have to worry about moving furniture away from spots where there are leaks.
With the reporting of these snags spanning back to April 2013 - both verbally and email - and nothing being done about them, it is quite obvious that Camissa has no intentions to fix these issues. And with such poor service received from them, I would never recommend anyone buying from them, their service stinks.
