Pathetic customer service

A new developed property was purchased from Camissa Properties. I moved into the property in MArch 2012.The contract states that all snags will be followed up on & completed. To date none have been completed with a lot of promises & excuses while the company continues to develop more properties around the area. Contact with Mr Essop is futile as the managers he puts in charge (which constantly change) always looking for authorisation from managemnt. All this while snags continue to build & worsen.
Numerous meetings, mails & calls are made but still no follow up to resolve. Arrangments to complete these snags are never met with me having to waste days off work waiting for the snag team after confirmation being agreed. The snag manager, Desmond still has the audacity of giving me attitude when he turns up unannounced expecting access to the property with only my mother in law home alone.

Im still waiting on the Promise to send me a follow up date to resolve. This was on the 21 May 2013.
