After reporting a blocked sewage pipe to the insurance on Nov 7, a team was dispatched to clear the blockage. On Nov 12 I reported the problem again and a second team was dispatched. These two teams spent about 30 minutes in total fixing the problem. No effort was made to clean the work area after the job was done. I reported the reoccurring problem on the Nov 14th for a 3rd time and that's when Martin was dispatched. 1) he arrived promptly on the agreed time, 2) he assessed the problem, listening to what the previous plumbers had done, 3) he had and used the right tools for the job 4) after he cleared the blockage he doublel checked and found another blockage which he also cleared. 5) the work area was left clean and tidy. Martin spent about a hour and a 20 minutes locating and fixing the problem. Martin is certainly an asset to the company and I would like to thank him for doing a thankless job in such a professional manner.
